Welcome Tyke!

No... not to our family! Max is quite enough! Tyke is Spike's (introduced below), new baby brother, and a half brother of Max! We are so happy for Spike's family as they are able to welcome an adorable new addition in the midst of so much sadness in dealing with Spike's illness.

Kind of makes you all want to get one doesn't it???

Hey... I'm new to Indiana. I don't have a whole lot of friends here yet. And my husband is getting sick of me taking pictures of him all the time!!!

Here's a thought. YOU could move back here and give me some new photo ops!!! Puppies out. Melissa in.

Hey Meghan,
I have seen Ricky's page, but never your blog, so I was happy to click on your name tonight and it went right to it. Hey, I've been praying for Josh and Shelly and their kids, her pregnancy, his healing, and loved that you put the directions to nominate them for EHM. I love the idea and was wondering if I could copy your directions onto my blog to spread the word? It's exactly what I was talking about in my post about doing something for someone that God has laid upon your heart! If it's okay for me to cut and past your directions, please let me know because I love to help with the cause!

I also think about your heart a lot and want you to know I think you are an amazing woman, one who is brave and so selfless! Ricky was so stinking CUTE! If I were a nurse, I wouldn't have been able to resist him either! Jason and I went to Siberia in 95 and visited a lot of orphanages...he literally had to drag me out of there, tears flowing down, because I didn't understand why we couldn't just take home 100 little Russian kids...

Also, I want to thank you for being a nurse. It is such a ministry and we as a family count ourselves blessed to have met every one of Noah's nurses, regardless of the circumstances...we know God wanted us to know one another. You have a powerful gift of nurturing that requires strength and faith, and hope. I pray that God would provide all of your needs as you see the cutest little peanuts in and out of the NICU. I know that some get to go home with mom and dad and others just go see their Father, but the love you pour over them every shift is such a powerful ministry. Thank you for being selfless. Thank you for being a nurse!!!!

Love,
Ade

P.S.
Is it me, or does your dog have on false eyelashes?! Seriously, I've never seen such cute eyes on a dog!

Absolutely Adrienne! Please do it!! You've probably already noticed that I totally stole the quote "nothing missing, nothing broken" from YOUR blog and I hope that too, was ok. Noah has taught so many, so much... and it's only the beginning.

There are also instructions at greenhouseministries.org so you might like those better!

Thanks for posting! Meghan

And yes... those ARE his real eyelashes!!! We think he's pretty cute too!
