So 2 weekends ago I took at trip up to Chicago for 2 bridal showers and 1 baby shower, all of good friends of mine. Eric had to stay home studying for finals so I was on my own with the girls. It was great to have a chance to catch up and see everybody again!!

YEAH- Becky is getting married! I bet everyone is so happy for her. I wrote Carolyn recently and hold out hope she may write back. I got her a journal and scrapbook from Hobby Lobby- hope she likes that kind of thing. By the way, you look great Meg! Maybe some day you and I can go shopping and catch me up on the latest fashion trends! Speaking of trends--- is Eric parting his hair in the middle now--?
Bart booked a hotel for ONU homecoming November 2-4 and we will try to be in Illinois from Thursday-Sunday. Maybe we could drive to your house Friday morning, it would be neat to see you and Eric and your beautiful house!
