Smoky Mountain Get-Away

So to celebrate Eric's completion of his second year in Pharmacy school, we decided to take a little trip down to Pigeon Forge. We stayed in this amazing cabin minutes from Smoky Mountain National Park. The place was so beautiful and had it all... full kitchen, pool table, air hockey, whirlpool tub, and a hot tub on the balcony that looked out over nothing but mountains!! Here are some pictures to prove it all!!

The view!

This was the view from our balcony and the hot tub!

Love all the pics ! My husband & I love Nashville, TN & go there several times a year. We hope to retire there. The scenery is gorgeous, both in Nashville, as well as your pics in Pigeon Forge.

I also wanted to say that you will be in my thoughts and prayers this Sunday, as I know it will be a difficult day for you.

I will also add that every since I came across your blog, I come to it every day, several times a day, to get your updates. Your posts always make me smile. It seems as if you & your husband have great senses of humor.

Good luck w/ your classes. I'm sure you will do super !!

Sincerely,
Jackie Carl

Can you see why Steve and I are going to get married there? All I have seen is pictures so far and I'm in love with that area. I totally think that the place you stayed at is where we were looking at staying too!

You have been a busy lady on the weekends! Do you have weekends off most of the time now?? I haven't talked with you since Easter... it has been a wild time here since December. The daycare is slowing down thankfully. I'd love to call you during an afternoon this week or tomorrow. I will be thinking of you tomorrow Meg and pray God will shower you with blessings. LOVE YOU!

Why is it that every time I visit your site... the format changes. You get me hooked on one format and then next time... BAM! it changes again. I think you are a wonderful woman... but please, show some consistancy. You must drive your husband crazy.

OK "anonymous"... sometimes you have to change things up a bit to make life more exciting!! It's my strategy to keep you all guessing and coming back!

My husband will have to deal!!
