We had a really nice weekend in Chicago celebrating one of my favorite holidays. My best friend Susie, her husband, and their baby Kira were in town as well from Colorado... so we all got together for Easter dinner. Kira is growing so fast and I was really happy to have the chance to spend a little time with her.

Your mom told my mom about these new photos- there are cute. Your mom looks so young! You'll have to live close once you have little ones... I doubt she'll have it any other way! Bart can email our trip photos to you. I had a great change at the daycare- two boys from the past are back FULL-TIME!! Polly is working the next month until Josh and Jillian are done. I'm so pleased with the change- the boy's mom was hired nearly on the spot for a dreamy job!:) Each family signed a new contract for increased fees as well with no complaint!! YEAH!!! love, susie

I, too consider looking like Meg a huge compliment. And yes, we will live closer when those grandbabies come. But we're in no rush. Time for the newlyweds to just enjoy "togetherness". Children have a way of 'distracting' as we all know.

Kira's Nana said..The pictures are too cute. I was there and missed seeing some of them being taken. It was great to see the "B"s, Meg and Eric. I enjoyed the Shockley family also. Then there is always Max!! He had some competition.
