Not Me Monday... on Tuesday (Again)

:)
Since my last post...
...I did NOT receive a call from the repair shop informing us that they discovered $700 more of damage to my Jeep Liberty after they had already made the initial $500 spark plug repair.
...My husband did NOT then decide himself that perhaps I indeed was right about it being time to test drive a Honda Odyssey...
... we did NOT pat ourselves on the back for successfully negotiating our van down to a price $7,000 below the asking despite being the two most incompetent hagglers known to man.
...I did NOT smile inwardly to myself after totally getting my way despite my husband initially telling me that the only Odyssey I would be driving in the near future was one that operated like Fred Flinstone's car.

Meghan! You're driving a mini van. Are you feeling OK? It's just not right for you not to be driving your Jeep Liberty, but good job on talking them down so much.

Yep... I'm totally a soccer mom now! Go ahead... make fun... but when the triplets get here - everyone will tell us it was a good choice. :) :)

Oh yeah... and i'm not just driving a "mini van" Melissa... it's a "TRICKED OUT mini van". Get it straight.

Well that definitely makes it so much better :)

Oh, Eric...next time, just give in the first time, it's easier that way.LOL!

YES...you, JoEllen and I are triplets! You will love the minivan! My favorite part is the grocery hooks in the back so they don't slop all over the place!! :)

I'm still struggling to think you're really driving a stinkin' mini-van! Knowing all the trouble you gave your parents over their vans!! I'm with Melissa on this one. I have to admit you would be crazy to put more money into the Jeep...and I'm glad their won't be anymore rides in cop cars!

All I can say is... don't knock it 'til you try it women! I have a feeling you're all just burning with jealousy! (You especially Melissa) This thing rocks! MORE than enough room to get the baby in the car seat... no more hitting my head AND hers... My booty is ALWAYS warm when sitting in the sweet heated leather seats AND my Christmas tunes are playing away through the awesome speaker system that hooks up directly to my Ipod!!

Y'all are the ones out of the loop now! Just yesterday I pulled into my parking spot at the grocery store... RIGHT next to TWO other identical vans with TWO more directly behind me!! Can't say much for the originality of my new wheels... BUT at least I'm in the "cool soccer mom club"!! (Ella starts AYSO next month).
